About me

Hi there, I'm Martin.

My e-commerce journey started with the launch of my own business in 2013 – this business sold globally on Amazon, eBay and via its own website among other platforms. This gives me an edge having “been there and worn the t-shirt” as a CEO, sourcing, picker/packer and every role in between. I have been through the emotional rollercoaster that selling online can bring to a business.

Today, I thrive on bringing new ideas to the table for businesses both big and small and have worked in almost every conceivable category. My past and present clients include small start up’s through to large household name brands. I don’t believe in online courses with claims of “making a million pounds/dollars overnight” instead my theory is based on data and experience.

I'm based near Ferndown, Dorset, UK and speak fluent English. I am a strong believer in working towards results and want my services to have a positive impact on your business.

Amazon - There is very little that I do not know about Amazon. I have vast experience with flat files (including large variations), PPC launch and management, listing optimisation (keyword & competitor research), branding, A+ content and storefronts.

eBay - This is where it all started for me so I am also very knowledgeable in this field. Again, I can upload files (including variations) using eBay file exchange. I have experience in listing optimisation, managing promoted listing campaigns (including the new beta advertising service) and generally increasing sales.

I have an amazing network of freelancers who work alongside me in areas that compliment the services that I offer to my clients. For example I work with a number of freelance translators who are native and experienced within the e-commerce space.

I can also proficiently use Linnworks, Shopify, Bigcommerce and have experience with Google Adwords and Google Shopping. Additionally, I have built several social media accounts and have experience in launch, management and advertising on Facebook. I have experience using MS Office, specifically Excel, but pride myself on keeping up with the latest software and find it easy to pick up and learn new software.
