With years of experience both as an Amazon seller and a consultant, I can offer a unique insight into your current Amazon Operations offering hands on experience aimed at increasing sales and operational performance.

My audits are an interactive journey through your Amazon Seller account. Each audit consists of a video whereby my screen is recorded and voice over throughout explaining my findings and reporting suggestions for improvement. A list of recommendations for improvement will also be supplied alongside the video.

The audit is an in-depth review of your seller account including:
- Reviewing a selection of product listings, giving optimisation advice based on best practice and recommendations for improvement
- Assess current use of keywords and evaluation of how better keyword use can ensure you are maximising your potential on the platform
- Evaluate your competitors position – what are they doing well that you could implement?
- Hands on actionable advice that can be deployed across your account within a reasonable time frame – I am not here to suggest the impossible, I am here to make it happen
- Review of any existing paid advertising; making suggestions for improvements aimed at increasing sales and reducing ACOS
- Review of account health, feedback and performance in general – are any of these areas preventing your account from growing?
- Evaluate potential for European or Worldwide expansion if not already using to full potential
- Assess current use of Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and/or Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) if applicable including recommendations specific to your business type
- Advice surrounding current store setup, A+ content and brand registry
