We are a family based payroll company working from fully equipped offices in Lincolnshire but with clients from all over the UK (and further afield).

I am qualified in both payroll and bookkeeping, with my business partner being an accountant specialising in payroll.

We can perform all of your tax and NI calculations as well as producing payslips, P60s and P45s for you. We will even complete the paperwork for leavers free of charge. Data entry, administration & emailing of payslips are also included in our prices. Take the hassle out of your own payroll and let us take care of all of your payroll needs at a competitive price.

Auto-Enrolment administration is also included in our prices - including preparation of letters in PDF format for all employees, production of pre-assessment reports, dealing with opt outs, opt ins and refunds, production of enrolment and contribution files and pension summary reports each pay run.

All year end submissions are completed free of charge as well, so in effect you are only paying for the payslips you receive and there are no hidden charges. By using ourselves to manage your payroll, you can avoid costly accountants fees and the need to have someone within your company performing this role. This overcomes the problem of staff absenteeism through sickness and holidays.

Our charges are very competitive and are £16.50 for the first employee each pay run plus £2.25 for each additional employee. We would carry out your initial payroll setup on our system free of charge. All you need to do is to let us know of any changes (for fixed salary employees) or any difference in the number of hours worked (when paid hourly) and any other changes which may impact on the pay period. We can then process the payroll and email the payslips to yourself (in PDF format) along with any liability statements ready for printing on your own premises and distribution.

We can send you reports for your accountant or bookkeeper and are able to export journals for the following accounting packages - Exact, Kashflow, QuickBooks, Sage and Xero.

We are registered as agents with HMRC so would apply for agent authorisation in respect of PAYE matters only. This enables us to link our HMRC approved software and any notices which HMRC create including tax code changes, student loan notices etc. can be applied without delay. As and when these occur then we email to let the employer know of the changes. We are also a delegated organisation for NEST and Smart Pensions.

Payslips can be branded with your own Company logo if required at no extra cost. We can deal with various pay periods (i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc) within the same company along with various different rates of pay for each individual. Holiday leave can be tracked and/or calculated for each employee (using an accrual basis for hourly paid staff as necessary). Any Attachment Orders can be added in and also expenses and benefits if required including the issue of the P11/P11d.

We can offer an add-on product which is cloud based and uses the Microsoft Azure platform. This enables employees to log into their payroll data via phone, pc, ipad etc. and view/download/print any historical payslips which we hold on our system. The employer has access to an employee wide calendar and a wide range of reporting functions. This product would be branded with your own company details and employees are also able to request changes to their personal information via this and request holiday leave. Auto Enrolment documentation can also be made available to them on the portal.
