All year end submissions and P60s are completed free of charge as well, so in effect you are only paying for the payslips you receive and there are no hidden charges.

If you are concerned regarding the Auto-Enrolment process please get in touch. Under the Pensions Act 2008 every employer in the UK must put certain staff into a pension scheme and contribute towards it.

We can help with this from finding out your 'staging date', assess workers and enrol them into the pension scheme, calculate the pension contributions, communicate via letter with each employee (or provide you with the letter for distribution), complete the auto-enrolment Declaration of Compliance with the Pension's Regulator and continually assess your workforce before each pay date. We will run all of the necessary reports for your pension provider and provide these in .csv format ready for uploading. Depending upon who you use for your pension provider we can also include the upload of these files directly from our software.


We would carry out your initial payroll setup on our system free of charge. All you need to do is to let us know of any changes (for fixed salary employees) or any difference in the number of hours worked (when paid hourly) and any other changes which may impact on the pay period. These details can be either sent to us via email, phone or via fax prior to the processing date which we would agree with yourselves beforehand. Prior to each pay run we will check whether any coding notices have been issued by HMRC in respect of tax code changes, student loan notifications etc. These can then be applied without delay.

We can then process the payroll and email the payslips to yourself (in PDF format)along with the payroll liability statement which shows the sums which need paying over to HMRC along with a payroll summary report.

We can also handle pension contributions, attachment of earnings, statutory pay, employee loans, etc. at no extra cost.
