Payment Terms & Conditions
We prefer to work hourly but also take on fixed-fee projects where the scope and requirements are clearly defined.

For fixed-fee projects under £2,000:
• 100% of the project fee is funded in escrow via PPH at the start (split into 2 milestones)
• 50% is released upon completion of the first half of the project
• The remaining 50% is released at project completion

We include our agency name in the footer credit of all websites, web apps, and mobile apps created via PPH. For agencies or clients requiring white-labelling (removal or replacement of our credit), a white-labelling fee of up to 20% of the project cost may apply unless otherwise stated in our proposal.
