Hello,

Thanks for looking at my profile. I have been in IT for over 25 Years, so yes that includes the Sinclair Spectrum days right up to Clustered VM’s. I have a wide range of IT Skills which I use on a daily basis for clients on and off of People Per Hour. No matter how big or small your request is I will fix it quickly with as little downtime as possible. However if I feel it is out of my comfort zone I will say NO. I’m not the type of guy who will give it a go, I would rather let someone else do it if they have experience instead of me winging it just for the sake of a couple of pounds.

 Monitor all kind of I.T Devices
 Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
 Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
 Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
 Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
 Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
 Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, UPS, Routers, Switches, Firewall, Access Points, MikroTik and scanners
 Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
 Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
 Customer-oriented attitude
 Run Backup and Maintenance task with Batch file, Application and Window Utility.
 Deploy GPO and Active Directory Task.
 Unattended Window Installation and Repair Task
