I am well experienced in quality management system establishment, document preparation, implementation, auditing and maintenance. I have taken trainings on quality management system introduction, requirements and auditing based on ISO standards. I have worked for more than 15 Years as quality assurance manager and successfully led the Company's Quality Management System implementation taskforce and was able to earn ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate for many companies.

I have good skills in using Microsoft Visio and Edrawmax software for Drawing, formatting and editing Swimlanes / cross-functional flowcharts / BPMN / Process Flow diagrams / Flowchart / Network Diagrams / Organizational Charts / Info-graphics.
I am proficient in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Powerpoint and PDF.
