An experienced CIPD qualified HR Consultant (Winner- Best Employment / HR Paralegal 2019, 2022, National Paralegal Awards), holding the Level 7 Award in Human Resources and CIPD Advanced Award in Employment Law (AAEL Level 7) with 19 years of professional experience. A Recognised CILEX Member IOP Fellow 2024 and a PPR Member, (Finalist -Paralegal of the Year 2019).

As a Consultant I provide clients with HR advice regarding Contracts of Employment, Induction, Disciplinary and grievance,Data Protection,Family Friendly Rights, Flexible working requests and policies and procedures;covering a range of legal workplace statutory requirements.

I hold the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Employment law enabling work for Employers to be completed to a high standard before handing over to a suitably qualified person.
