I hold an MSc in Management Information Systems and a BA(Hons) in Information Management. My academic foundation is reinforced by professional certifications, including PRINCE2, CMI L7 in Leadership, and a Certificate in Technical Writing. These qualifications highlight my commitment to continuous and staying ahead of industry standards.

As a Certified Knowledge Specialist I understand how crucial it is for organisations to acquire, capture and organise their knowledge assets and manage innovation effectively. By providing knowledge-on-demand strategies, I empower organisations to maximise their potential by equipping their staff with the right information at the right time. Applying Information Architecture ensures all assets: knowledge, data, information, training, processes and procedures are findable and usable.

Process Management is an area where I excel. My extensive experience in process mapping and process improvement, utilises a combination of tried and tested techniques to help your business reduce costs and improve customer experience. Comprehensive process documentation is an important part of an organisation’s knowledge base, which is essential for staff training, operational efficiency and customer services.

In addition to process and knowledge management, I bring a wealth of experience in Project Management and Business Change. My approach combines robust methodologies with a management style that adapts to the organisation’s culture and needs. I successfully manage IT/IS, business change, and process change projects, always prioritising RAID, clear communication and Stakeholder Engagement.
