Hi, I’m Ellie, an HR consultant with 18 years of experience helping businesses navigate growth, change, and the occasional curveball. My most recent corporate role was Head of Global HR for an energy trading company, leading a team across UK, Europe, US and Asia. I’ve worked with corporate trading firms ranging from under 100 employees to large multinational, and now I specialise in supporting SMEs across biotech, engineering, and utilities.
