I am a professional social and market researcher with over 25 years' experience and I am the owner at De Staic Research Services.

I have advanced IT skills in research software such as SPSS, NVIVO, Qualtrics, Surveymonkey, SNAP, ATLAS t.i. and offer tuition or consultancy in relation to all of these.

I have a deep knowledge of research strategies, research methods and project management gained through postgraduate study, professional development and extensive professional experience in the academic, third sector and local government settings.

My principal research interests are in the evaluation of services (in the public or private sector) and I am highly experienced in programme evaluation using quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods approaches with particular expertise in survey design and analysis.

I also have expertise in the use of new technologies in research (e.g. online surveys, online focus groups, research using social media and online communities) and teaching and learning.
