I build deep working relationships with SME's and entrepreneurs to better equip you to be successful and fulfill the potential of your business, adding to the high-level thinking and rolling my sleeves up when you need me to be a bit more 'hands-on.

I also act as a Career Coach to individuals at all levels up to Exec, working with you to identify what you can do, set your ambitions on what you want to do, and then putting a plan in place to make it happen.

Founded on a 30+ years career in business leadership encompassing operations management, HR, people leadership, governance, risk management and HSE, to a senior level largely within FTSE top 100 companies; and a passion for making companies be the best they can. I founded Claritas Business Consulting Limited in January 2011 to bring my knowledge and skills to entrepreneurial businesses and have developed a portfolio of clients across the UK and overseas.
