For the last five years I have worked exclusively with founders, both pre-seed and those generating revenue to formalise their investment assets. Focusing on the credibility of their business models and personal confidence

I have 15 plus years of working on major tech and transformation projects within the energy, transport and business startup sectors. My specialities are developing credible business operational models, identifying opportunities to scale, managing waste, both operational and for customers, change management, process and procedure definition (including SOPs), operational mapping and design.
