A Scott Schedule consists of a table, called a ‘Schedule of Allegations‘, as well as a supporting statement. A Scott Schedule is a statement setting out the things you are saying that another person did to you (or your child) which you want the court to consider and decide if they happened or not. This type of statement relates to Findings of Fact Hearings in Family and Criminal proceedings, you are asking the court to decide if the things you allege happened or not.
