A Scott Schedule consists of a table, called a ‘Schedule of Allegations‘, as well as a supporting statement. A Scott Schedule Response Statement sets out your version of events in the face of allegations made by the other side. It is used by the court to decide if those things happened or not. This type of statement relates to Findings as Fact, you are asking the court to decide these things did not happen, or in support of your version of events at a Fact-Finding hearing to decide this. It may include evidence.

Scott Schedule Responses are one of the most common and important documents used in both public and private law proceedings.
