I offer a business plan writing service for start-ups or an expansion plan for established companies. Typically, a business plan will be between 18-20 pages (c4,000 words). Your plan will include:
An initial phone consultation
Table of contents
1. Executive Summary
2. Products and Services
3. Marketing and Lead Generation
4. Competitor Analysis
5. Company Structure
6. SWOT Analysis
7. Financial Analysis
Sales forecast (3 years)
Cash-Flow (3 years)
Profit and Loss (3 years)
My fee includes marketing research, competitor research, key milestones, key financial objectives and any bespoke sections required.
My hourly rate is £20 per hour. I would expect a detailed plan to take 12 hours hence £240.
Our initial phone conversation will give me the opportunity to get to know as much about you and your business as possible. I will then prepare a draft business plan usually in about a week for you to review and make suggestions. I never forget that you know your business better than I do.
Your plan is then completed
