All commercial leases are onerous, and sometimes you may not want full legal advice or to have full representation but you might just want an idea about what you could be letting yourself in for. We will include a free 15 minute telephone chat with an expert solicitor. We will not look at any other documents in this hourly. For extra we can advise you on how to complete this yourself and assist with registration at H.M Land Registry.
We will not be contacting any other third parties and it is your responsibility to provide the documents to us. There is no requirement that you need legal representation, and you are representing yourself while just taking advice on the lease.
You should get a surveyor to assess the condition of the property and its features. Note I do not deal with outsourced requests from law firms - I deal only with the end user client of the advice.
