Many people are using ChatGPT to draft legal documents. There's no doubt about it, it's a very good resource but despite its name, it has one problem. It's not, at all, intelligent when it comes to drafting legal documents.The problem is that it has no ability to ask the right questions needed to draft a document which will give you what you need. What it produces looks very good but, it can never, usually, match the product that a good lawyer can provide.
This Project provides for a brief review of any legal document you have created using AI (up to 4 pages in length). I'll highlight any issues and any clauses which I think are missing. That way, you can use AI to create additional clauses or correct any issues or, you can engage me to provide a corrected document.
If you use me to do the corrections, I'll credit you with the fee you've paid for the review, against my standard fees for document creation. You'll see my standard fees in my PPH Profile.
If you use AI, I'll review the changes for a fee of half the original.
