I can review and provide a written report to you on the auction pack, offered when you want to buy a property at auction.The review will look at all documents supplied by the auctioneer and comment on them in plain English.
If there is a problem - I'll tell you. If it's not safe to bid, I'll tell you that as well.
I have been doing this job for well over 40 years and have more experience on conveyancing and property law than anyone else on here. I even edit a text book on the topic.
All my work is fully insured.
Please note the following:
1. I work through my firm and subject to the terms you will find in my PPH Profile
2. This offer is limited in scope. I will review the following:
Copies of the Deeds (no more than 5 pages in length)
Local and other searches and enquiries
Replies to due diligence enquiries
Contract and its conditions.
In the case of leasehold purchases or other matter which do not match the above rules - please contact me
for an estimate.
