Ensure your Lease is legally sound before committing. I offer a thorough review of your commercial lease (up to 30 pages in length), highlighting key risks, obligations, and clauses that may need adjustment. Where necessary, I’ll suggest precise amendments to protect your position.

PLEASE NOTE: This offer is only for Leases of under 10 years.

I won’t be liaising directly with third parties such as the Landlord or their Legal Representatives. If you require a more comprehensive service - including negotiation or direct communication with the Landlord or their Solicitor, this can be arranged for an additional fee, as outlined below.

Should your Lease include a Rent Deposit Deed, a separate fee will apply for its review, also detailed below.
