In this Hourlie you receive 60 minutes of legal start-up assistance from me – an “old fox” with a lot of legal and business experience!
I am a commercial lawyer with more than 25 years of legal experience from private practice counselling primarily small and medium size enterprises regarding corporate, commercial, intellectual property and contractual matters.
Moreover, I have a down to earth approach to business and the legal framework around small business, so I can provide you with easy to understand feedback and know how about the legalities you face as an entrepreneur.
The 60 minutes will be divided between 30 minutes of research based on your written brief regarding your business and 30+ minutes of telephone or Zoom meeting.
