I can offer 1 hours email or telephone support to assist with any accounting/accounts software related matter.

If hourlie is purchased over a weekend or outside of normal working hours the hourlie will start from the next working day.

Meeting time will be in normal working hours (9am to 5pm).

I understand that sometimes appointments need to be moved which I am happy to do so but, if you do not let me know before our appointment you cannot make the appointment you will still be required to pay for the time.
