If your case is going to court someone will have to provide it with a bundle.

The bundle contains an agreed collection of all the documents relevant to the case, set out in a certain order and in a format prescribed by legislation, which is given to everyone else involved in the case. In the hearing, the judge, and the parties, can refer people to a specific page and everyone is looking at the same thing. Since Covid, most hearings are held remotely by video so bundles have become especially important and are now expected in a digital format. If the bundle is not correct it will cause delay, or potentially require the hearing to be adjourned until a later date, which will frustrate the judge and they may set a new date so the bundle can be corrected or is in the expected format.

Taking on responsibility for preparing the bundle in a court hearing can be a complex task and if you get it wrong you not only face an application for your paying the other sides wasted costs if the case is adjourned but you may also be in breach of a court order. Cost:
We offer three bundle packages. The default offer is for the basic bundle but you can upgrade as you require. Please get in touch if this is unclear or you need assistance choosing the correct package.

Basic Bundle - £50. This covers any bundle up to 40 pages, delivered to you for you to file and serve.

Standard Bundle Package - £100. This covers any bundle up to 100 pages that we can file and serve on your behalf if you wish and provide you with proof of receipt by the court and the other party.

Premium Bundle - £150. This covers any bundle up to 300 pages, filed and served on your behalf with proof of receipt and download by the court and any other party. Premium bundles allow audio or video files to be included.
