Produce one 3D render for one room

I can create one 3D rendered visual for one room. This will be modelled in Sketchup and rendered using Enscape rendering software. The rendered image will look similar to the ones in the examples shown, it is slightly stylised to create a more conceptual feel. I will need the following to work up the 3D model & visual for you:

- Dimensions of the room including the ceiling height and locations of any windows/doors with approximate sizes
- Wall & floor finishes (photos, images or links)
- Images or links of any furniture/lighting/design items you want to be included
