Hello! I have over 9 years of experience working in the Interior Architecture & Construction industry and have prepared planning applications for a range of projects including residential and commercial and for listed buildings and conversation areas.

I can provide drawings for you to submit a planning application for a residential property which will include a site location and block plan, existing plans and existing exterior elevations, proposed plans and proposed exterior elevations. The offer price is based on a 2-storey house with up to 4 beds with up to a two-storey extension proposal.

If you have a larger proposal or property, or something a little more complex then please send me a message and I can confirm the price. If you also need additional documents such as a design & access statement, a heritage statement, 3D visuals etc then let me know and I can also confirm the additional price for these.
