It will include:

- Details
- Construction notes
- Electrical and light plans (if asked)
This offer is available for small-sized 1 storey extensions and loft conversions.
For traditional 2 storey extensions the fee will be £400, with an estimated time of 7 days.
For larger projects, please contact me for an accurate quote.
