Produce a residential floor plan

I can provide a layout for a residential dwelling, maximum 4 bedroom, maximum 2 floors, which will be produced in AutoCAD, to scale and will have a layout of the following. I can add in some indicative furniture such as kitchen, sofa, beds etc but more detail will incur additional fees.

I will need a plan with dimensions to use to work up the layout and some direction from you on what you need, want and require from the layout.

Please message me so that we can work together to discuss your proposal and look at the best solution for what you require.

I can do larger residential dwellings, more detail or floors if required but this will incur extra fees. Please message me prior to purchasing if any of this is required and I can give a more accurate quote.
