I will deliver:
1- Plans, Sections and Elevations, suitable for planning purposes
2- Two external renders
3- Two internal renders

First step will be to understand your brief and analyse your ideas, site potential and planning constrains.
Deliver first drafts, usually plans layouts and 3d massing visuals.
After your approval, I will proceed for a more detailed design and submit it for your consideration. At this stage I will deliver plans, elevations, sections and 3d visuals.
After your approval, I will proceed for the cgi's, I will send you drafts of the intended views for your consideration.
Lastly, I will deliver the cgi's 4K, with post-production.
