- I will provide you a full Quantity Take-Off of Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP drawings including preparation of reports.
- Quantity Take-Off will be done using Autocad, Excel, Planswift or any other program.
- The breakdown of Take-Off per floor will be given as per requirements.

NOTE: The total floor area should not be more than 1,000 sqm for the said offer. We can negotiate for a different package if the area exceeded.
