In this Hourlie I will draft a watertight set of standard Website Terms & Conditions for your on-line presence.The Hourlie is for a set of T&C's regulating, e.g., the IP rights such as copyrights, links to and from the site, disclaimers, liability (if applicable, with different provisions for consumers and business users), malware and security, and acceptable use of the site, etc. It is NOT a bespoke set of T&C's for a business regulating your delivery terms or terms of service to customers, etc.. I have been a qualified commercial lawyer for almost 25 years. I am recently retired and I now take on a limited amount of client work from my home as a freelancer.
