I own 2 music publishing/production companies & a management company globally affiliated with UMG, Sony Music, Warner & tv channels.

I also have a degree in music business. I know it is pricey for indie artists to hire legal attorneys for contract advices and it is vulnerable without knowing what you are signing for.
