Hi there, my name is Marty and I am a second year student at the University of Oxford, offering help with writing brilliant personal statements over email. For reference, you can find my very own personal statement, which I submitted as part of my 2020 university application to study Psychology and Linguistics, in my portfolio as an example of my work.

Further information of my working process below:

The first communication will cover basic information such as your course of interest, subjects you are currently studying and relevant experience. Then, after receiving your first draft, I will work on upgrading vocabulary, checking spelling and grammar, maximising readability and ensuring that the personal statement reflects the very best of you.

Feedback is thorough, detailed and presented within the statement itself for your consideration and to your satisfaction, but online meetings to discuss can also be arranged upon request.

I already have significant experience in this particular field, not only as someone who got accepted into Oxford, but also after helping numerous peers, both in my year group and below. I drafted, edit and produced brilliant personal statements that helped to get them into the universities of their choice. My goal is to do the same for you!

The price is a fixed £20, regardless of how long/how many emails it takes, I will work closely with you to ensure that the final personal statement is one that you are proud of and fully satisfied with.

PLEASE NOTE: I will always respond to any of your email communications within 1 day, but because I want to ensure that you are fully pleased with your result, it may take more than 1 day to finish the final product. This is because I will run any changes/edits/developments I make to the personal statement by you, and you may choose what to incorporate and what you want me to work further on, until it is perfected. Generally, I work as quickly as possible so that it can be finished within 5 days, even if it takes multiple drafts to achieve your satisfaction. However, due to the back-and-forth nature of this offer, I ask for your cooperation in terms of response time to try to stay under 5 days in total.
