I usually start by creating a variety of designs/ panelling options for each design; you will get a variety of colour options.
If print detail is involved, I would create this separate with a range of colour options as well. – Depending on the type of print this may be charged separate, i.e. a t-shirt graphic development is a "separate project".
A reflective graphic shape is part of a cycling wear design so would be included.
Either way, I will keep you informed on cost incurred at all times.
This gives you as a client a range of visual options to choose from or to pick and mix features to take further until a garment design is created that meets your expectations/ imagination - the pick and develop further process can take several rounds depending on how clearly the concept or vision was specified in the first place. I always include a reasonable amount of amendments.

You will get a full colour CAD drawing in AI and PDF format (does not include a specification)

p.s. I am a keen cyclist myself so I understand the issues with related to fit and function very well. I am always taking notes on how to improve what is currently on the market.
