Create a garment size chart for your manufacture to work from

Working from your photo or sketch, the size chart is usually part of a tech pack used for factories to quote and work from for first garment samples, includes detailed technical CAD drawings of your garment design front & back view with guide on measuring points.
Close up and measurement indication of any details such as pocket size or waistband depth if required.
Base size is usually based on an existing garment that you like the fit off.
I will grade the base size to industry standard across all sizes from XS-XL or higher.

Note that a size chart like this is only the starting point, it may change once you get your first sample back, it develops until your garment is approved for bulk manufacturing. You then use it to check any future stock deliveries against this to ensure everything is as agreed.
Further please understand that without you providing an existing garment you like the fit off or getting a pattern developed and a sample made I can not establish detailed base measurements.
An initial size chart for basing a first sample/ pattern on would only contain basic width and length measurements. Any detail such as pocket size would be specified on a technical spec that the pattern cutter uses to develop the first pattern from.
