Conversion of 2D documents and drawings from a space into a 3D informational model (BIM model) with the highest level of detail display (LOD 400), and providing realistic renders and animations from the generated model, as well as preparing plans and technical documents in three disciplines: architecture, structure, and MEP.

If you have hand sketches, photos, PDF files, AutoCAD files, etc., of a confined space like a kitchen, bathroom, sanitary service, etc., or a section of a larger space, I will assist you in preparing the following documents:

✅3D model with real dimensions and materials along with the introduction of all components,
✅Required 2D plans, sections, elevations, etc.,
✅Technical documents
✅Realistic renders and animations (or walkthrough) of the desired space.
