As a qualified UK Barrister, I have been making applications for almost 20 years and have made hundreds of applications in the UK and the EU.

As trademark information is publicly available and I am named as the representative on applications, evidence of my previous work can be shown to you prior to any work being undertaken.

THE OFFER INCLUDES
- checking to see whether your brand, logo or name fits the criteria to be legally registerable
- search to identify trademarks which are the same as, or similar to, other trademarks in the EU
- preparation of the trademark application in relation to one class of goods or services
- dealing with issues that may be raised by the trademark office
- monitoring the application until registration

Please note the official EU fee for filing a trademark in one class of goods or services is €850.
€50 for the second class and €150 for each additional class above two classes.     
I will advise you of the number of classes that you could or should apply for.
This must be paid by you direct to the EU trademark office after I have made the application.

I reserve the right to decline to make the application if I consider it to be an abusive application, out of the ordinary, or extremely unlikely to succeed.
In such cases, no charges are due at all.

Payment of my fee is due once the application has been made and you have been provided with a link to the application online.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE TRADEMARK TO BE REGISTERED?

It takes around 6 weeks for the EU trademark examiner to review the application.
Then there is a period of 3 months in which someone can object to your application.
Objections can delay the application significantly.
Following the objection period, your trademark should be registered within a further 1 month.
